Here’s your chance to shape our future together with us! To drive bigger initiatives and projects we’re looking for a Program Manager Tech (all genders). Become part of our Beats & Bytes team at our Headquarters in Berlin. It will be a permanent full-time position reporting to the Head of PMO.  
Your tasks:  
  • You will support the product development process by defining and facilitating processes and structures that will foster transparency and collaboration within our tech organization, e.g. for prioritization, roadmap alignment and stakeholder transparency
  • As a member of the PMO team, you will kick-off, lead and manage standalone projects or parts of strategic programs and drive the execution phase; you’ll keep it simple at all times and approach problems and opportunities with a logical and pragmatic mindset 
  • You proactively anticipate and remove bottlenecks, while timely communicating risks and issues to your stakeholders; you are willing to adjust your approach to achieve expected results 
  • You thrive in overcoming organizational challenges
  • You are responsible to challenge existing Project and Program Management processes, identify areas of improvement and standardize best practices that benefit the team 
  • You will work closely with all teams and roles in the tech department, especially in the areas of engineering, product management and design  
  • You share your know-how, e.g., in the form of trainings, presentations or workshops, which you prepare yourself  
  • You are a contributor to our culture and as such support our mindset of Diversity & Inclusion as well as our thrive for further individual and collective development
 
Your professional profile:  
  • You have a degree in economic science, management, product management or another relevant field  
  • You have significant experience as a program or project manager, especially in the tech sector  
  • You have a profound knowledge in project management methodology and frameworks, especially in an agile environment 
  • You can communicate efficiently in a tech as well as business related context and are experienced in acting as the link between tech and business, on all hierarchy levels  
  • You feel confident and natural reading, writing and speaking English (C1) and German (B2)

  • You maintain an open communication with your colleagues and possess a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • You are a team player and prioritize teamwork over heroism; the cooperation in interdisciplinary teams is fun for you  
  • You have a high digital affinity and are passionate about new technologies as well as digital transformation
