Here’s your chance to join! We’re looking for a Senior Strategist Agile Transformation (all genders) to become part of our Digital Products & Innovation team at our Headquarters in Berlin. It will be a permanent full-time position.
Your tasks:
  • Be a pioneer! You will establish an “Agile Transformation” division and define, align and execute on your transformation strategy
  • You are the fuel and motor of the agile transformation throughout our organization and collaborate closely with the communities of practice
  • You facilitate coaching sessions to familiarize new teams with the concept of agile working, e.g., labels, Marketing Labs, Tech as well as People & Culture
  • You will hire and train new agile coaches and help them define, align and execute on your transformation strategy
  • You will guide teams throughout the change process from a project-based way of working to a user-centric product development approach
  • You ensure the continuous increase of the digital and agile maturity of the company and its employees
  • You design workshops and tools, which enable our teams to collaborate more efficiently
  • Together with your colleagues you further develop our “Facilitation as a Service” offer
  • You constantly enhance our internal communities of practice (agile and product management)
  • You conceptualize and run internal trainings, e.g., in scrum, design thinking, design sprints, ideation, rapid prototyping, strategy, and collaboration
Your professional profile:
  • You hold a degree in (organizational) Psychology, Economic Science, Product Management, Business Informatics or a similar field, or were able to acquire the required knowledge through relevant work experience
  • You are not only well versed in the theory of agile transformation and change management, but have already been able to successfully apply your knowledge in practice
  • You are experienced in agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban) and user-centered ideation processes (design thinking and design sprints)
  • You are familiar with scaling agile methods and facilitating these through agile coachings
  • You’ve had the opportunity to gain experience leading agile, non-hierarchical teams, ideally in a user-centric tech company
  • You feel confident and natural reading, writing and speaking English; German skills are a plus
