It is possible to add a so-called “FanPass” to your Wallet app.
The FanPass is a digital card. Each FanPass contains a Fan ID so that we know that a FanPass has been installed.
If you have added the FanPass in the Wallet app on your device, mobile notifications can be sent to your device in form of push notifications (“push notifications”). Information on the content of these push notifications can be found in the respective consent text of the FanPass. Push notifications can be sent to all FanPass devices. However, it is also possible that a push notification is sent only to devices that are located at a specific location (e.g. at/ close to a concert location).
The legal basis for receiving push notifications is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, open your Wallet app, go to your FanPass and hit the “three dot” button on the top right-hand corner. You can deactivate the notifications by switching off the “Allow notifications” toggle.
The legal basis for downloading the FanPass to your own wallet is also your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by permanently removing the FanPass from your Wallet. To do this, you must select the symbol with the three dots on the FanPass in your Wallet and click on “Remove card”.
