Your gig:
- You are constantly searching for new and universal owned artists, managing and developing them
- You expand the respective product repertoire
- You find new talents and via all relevant communication channels
- You realize artistic goals while considering economic targets
- You maintain contact with artists, producers, composers and artist managements
- There are also no limits to your creativity: You influence the image of the artists and design an artist CI in cooperation with the marketing and promotion departments – you will also be responsible for scheduling and cost planning
- You are responsible for setting up and monitoring production budgets
We are keen to jam with you if you:
- You have first experience in A&R and marketing
- You have a deep knowledge of the independent music scene and have an existing network of producers, artists and service providers nationally and internationally
- You feel familiar with the music industry and have a broad knowledge of the repertoire – you are particularly passionate about electronic music
- You are experienced in the live sector, merchandising, music media and new media
- You feel confident and natural reading, writing, and speaking English – good German skills are a plus
- You are experienced in working with MS Office
Your personality matters:
- You enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills and can adapt well to different characters and situations – you are comfortable dealing with artists and artists managements
- Your actions are characterized by independence and initiative, especially in working with artists
- You are able to assert yourself with a well-founded argumentation towards third parties – you are always reliable
- You are an absolute team player and show a high level of commitment to our team
